Before making a purchase, you must read the information on the Certificate and Transcripts page about requesting award documentation.
All orders require a validation code.
Before purchasing a replacement certificate, you must email [email protected] with the following details.
- Copy of your photo ID (e.g., passport or driver’s licence).
- Proof of name change (if applicable).
- Confirmation of the type of document you intend to purchase.
- If you studied at one of our overseas partners, please let us know.
You will then be sent a validation code. Without a validation code you will not be able to submit an order.
There is currently a charge of £50 for a replacement certificate. If you are requiring a replacement certificate for two awards a £50 charge applies for each. This does include postage via Royal Mail, but please note that this will NOT have a tracking number.
If you wish to track your document and ensure secure, and fast delivery we recommend you purchase DHL delivery. You can find this listed as a separate product here DHL delivery. IMPORTANT: Please make sure you add this to your cart along with the replacement certificate.
Please note orders can take up to 15 working days to process (not including postage). For historic and overseas partner awards this may take longer.
