Delivery should only be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of a replacement paper certificate or paper transcript (unless advised otherwise). 

Select the appropriate delivery option and add to basket along with the paper certificate/transcript. See the table below for more information about delivery times and aims. 

**All delivery times are estimations and are provided as a guide only, based on the service provider’s delivery aim timescales. Please allow 1 additional working day from the date that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched for your documents to be processed through the University’s internal postal system. 

If you have selected a tracked service you will be issued the tracking number at the point of dispatch.

Purchase a replacement card if it has been lost.

If you have had your card stolen. Please contact Student Life via solve https://solve.staffs.ac.uk/ stating your crime refernce number.

Following payment of your replacement card, you may collect from your chosen collection point. Please note that if you are collecting within 3 working days, a short wait whilst processing may be required
