Delivery should only be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of a replacement paper certificate or paper transcript (unless advised otherwise). 

Select the appropriate delivery option and add to basket along with the paper certificate/transcript. If you select a tracked service you will be issued the tracking number at the point of dispatch.

*All delivery times are estimations and are provided as a guide only, based on the service provider’s delivery aim timescales. Please allow 1 additional working day from the date that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched for your documents to be processed through the University’s internal postal system. 

**If your Royal Mail delivery has not arrived following the advised delivery aim, please allow the following additional working days for your order to arrive. Only after this time has passed would Royal Mail consider your delivery to be lost.

If you have not received your delivery following the additional delivery period, let us know via Solve and we will issue a free replacement document.
