All bookings must be made via email before any payment is made.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment.
Acceptance of keys is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions of a short stay in Staffordshire University Accommodation. A copy of these terms and conditions will be provided to you on check in and is available on request from the above email address.
PLEASE NOTE: All rooms are single bed, single occupancy ONLY. We do not have double beds or family rooms. All guests must be over 18. Children are not permitted to stay on site.
